Course objectives
 • To have the skills required to plan, conduct, report and follow-up an audit in accordance with ISO 19011, by interpreting ISO 45001
 • Demonstrate the role of an auditor to plan, conduct, report and follow-up an OHASAS management system  audit in accordance with ISO 19011.

 • Establish, plan and task the activities of an audit team
 • Communicate effectively with the auditee and audit client
 • Organize and direct audit team members
 • Prevent and resolve conflict with the auditee and/or within the audit team

The course is structured in such a way, through tutorials, discussions, exercises, case study and workshops, to involve all participants and ensure a profound understanding of ISO 45001 auditing requirements. More analytically:
•    Occupational Health & Safety System: An introduction and explanation of Health & Safety, Risk Assessment and the requirements of ISO 45001
•    Auditing: An explanation of audit, types of audits, their purpose and planning, the way in which an effective audit is carried out and reported on
•    Auditors: Their responsibilities, the required personal attributes, and auditor selection
•    Auditing Tools: The various tools and techniques to assist the auditors
•    The course is designed according to the requirements of ISO 19011 “Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems”
